Why Give to ISI?

It is estimated that by the year 2025, 50% of all world leaders will have been international students. Currently, there are over 1.3 million international students studying in the US, and over 4.5 million studying worldwide today. We believe if we can share Christ’s love with even more of these future leaders, we can positively impact the world, and strategically advance the calling of the Great Commission.

These elite students often return home to positions of leadership in government, business, and academia, giving them a tremendous opportunity to introduce the Gospel to their families and other influential leaders among the nations.

In Academic Year 2022 (AY22: July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022), ISI staff and volunteers introduced 35,677 international students to the ministry of ISI! We also saw an estimated 614 students accept Christ through our field teams, and 1,108 students started sharing their faith worldwide!

A gift to the National Ministry Fund enables ISI’s strategic ministry to reach international students across the United States and overseas. On average, the cost of reaching one international student for Christ is approximately $200, which includes staff interaction, events and activities, and the cost of printing discipleship, training, and other ministry materials. We utilize National Ministry Fund income to sustain our driving vision of reaching international students currently studying in the US.

For less than 60 cents per day, $4 per week, $16 per month, or $200 per year, you can help our team reach an international student with the love and Gospel of Jesus Christ, and equip them for Kingdom service around the globe!
