Plant Japan

Locations near sixty key subway stations throughout Japan have been identified as potential church plant sites. Partnering with local teams, our team is laying the groundwork through in-person and virtual prayer walks, asking for God to prepare and bless the church planters, ready the soil, tear down the barriers, and bless Japanese families with the fullness and saving Grace of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Please join us as we fervently pray for these potential church sites to bear fruit and for Kingdom advancement in Japan.

Is this only for planting new churches or do you help get returning students planted in already existing churches to build their faith? I lived in Japan and really enjoyed my church in Kofu, Yamanashi. New life Church Kofu

Thank you, Sarah, for taking the time to share with us about New Life Church in Kofu. Do you know what subway station this church is located near? We’re always eager to partner with the local church and as you mentioned, connecting students who want to build their faith to a church. Your information is helpful for international students from Japan, thank you so much! We will be blessed to add this church to our database. Are you in currently in touch with anyone from the church? If so, if you’d be open to sending us a contact, we may be able to follow up. To answer your question, Plant Japan is designed to come along side church plants, however that doesn’t mean it has to be in the first year or two of its life, it may be five to ten years old. There are a few other considerations, I hope that helps answer your question. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience with us, so helpful and encouraging!
