Richard and Carol have ministered over 30 years with international students (five years as volunteers). God used them to start the current ISI ministry at the University of Connecticut, Storrs Campus. God has led them to a broader and more strategic ministry function developing new ministries among churches expressing interest in doing so. They continue to oversee Connecticut ISI ministries, but God has already used them to start four new ministries in the Region and helping to expand two others.

The Lord has directed a relocation for Richard and Carol to get them closer to the new ministries with which they are working, and to allow for an aggressive effort to rebuild ISI ministry in the Washington, D.C. area.
