Steve and Lia Dunne

Steve and Lia Dunne serve in Boise, Idaho and the surrounding area and have led the team here for over a dozen years.  We’re excited about serving and sharing Christ’s love with international students who will be leading their nations!

Currently, we share Christ’s love through hosting a community group that helps them meet others, explore the area, and have deep conversations and relationships with each other and us.  With dinners at our house, social outings, and day/overnight trips out of town, they get to connect with America and people who care about them.  For those who are interested, we do Bible studies and follow Jesus together!  We also match them with American families for deeper connection with the community and mentoring.

We and our team are currently serving international students at Boise State, College of Idaho, and other schools in the area.  With around 800 international students in our area, we can have a significant impact!  The top countries sending students here are Bangaldesh, Iran, India, Nepal, China, Japan,, Pakistan, Taiwan, and Columbia, with a variety of students from much of Europe and Africa.
