Early in our marriage my wife and I believed that God was leading us to serve as missionaries to Asia. However, after exploring different paths for service we learned that God was actually leading us to invest in the lives of Asian students at the university nearby and to mobilize missions involvement in the local church. Throughout the years, we were friendship partners for a number of international students and each has made a big impact on our family.

Being recently retired from an engineering career, I desire to spend this next season of life investing in international student ministry here in Weatherford, Texas. I enjoy riding a bike (with and without an engine), exercising, teaching, serving the Lord in our church, and taming the 10-acre ranchette that we live on. We are blessed to have two grown children that live nearby.
