Jeff Nelson
Jeff been ministering to international students and visiting scholars in the state of Washington since 1988. He is involved in coordinating ICF and helping plant other ICF’s and Talk Time’s.
Jeff and his wife Jan have been married since 1978, and have 2 children, Jeni and Peter.
