Kathy Tse is thrilled to be a part of the ISI ministry team. She prays that men and women around the world will find faith, hope, and love in Jesus Christ our Lord. She is looking forward to building relationships with international students by serving and caring for them, seeking opportunities to share Christ’s love to them, and equipping them to disciple other young believers.

Kathy was born in Hong Kong and came to the United States when she was a teenager. She graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo University with a degree in Electronic Engineering. During her time at Cal Poly SLO she accepted Christ through a campus ministry which greatly changed her life. From then on Kathy has been deeply involved in ministries that building up young people, especially in Chinese-American churches serving as a Youth Deacon and a Family Pastor. Her passion to mentor young people to be faithful Christ’s disciples has grown over the years and her experience with navigating cross-cultural backgrounds has uniquely equipped her to reach international students.

Kathy is praying that God will use her in this ISI ministry to plant and grow the seeds of faith. She believes God is bringing the nations to the United States and she is excited to experience how the Almighty Lord will transform and equip the next generation of world leaders who are studying here.
