Dan and Toshiko met at Urbana Conference in the year 2000, while she was an international seminary student, and Dan was transitioning from a year of campus ministry abroad in Japan. Brought together by their shared hearts for international students to know and walk with Jesus, they had opportunity to do ministry together in the Seattle area, where they also took their relationship to the next level. Married in 2002, they now have four beautiful kids. Dan and Toshiko serve as part of the Eugene ISI ministry team at the University of Oregon.
