Prior to joining ISI, Andy taught high school math, then served as a sales representative for a textbook company. Sandy taught high school English, then was a Division one college softball coach. In 1996, they signed up for an international student friendship program. As they grew in their involvement, they were called to full-time work with ISI in Los Angeles in 2000. Andy has a Masters in Theological Studies from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. Sandy has a lifetime California teaching credential. They have four daughters and one son.
