Each year, nearly one million international students arrive in the United States in pursuit of education and opportunity. Along with their studies, many encounter profound culture shock, deep loneliness, and intense homesickness. Tragically, countless students never step into an American home or church during their time here. As a result, many return to their home countries without forming meaningful friendships and without ever hearing the life-transforming gospel of Jesus Christ.

It is for this very reason that International Students, Inc. (ISI) exists: to share the love of Christ with international students and to equip them for effective service in God’s Kingdom. Founded in 1953, ISI is a campus ministry rooted in relationships, intentionally embracing hospitality, authentic friendship, and intentional discipleship as avenues to demonstrate Christ’s love to the international students whom God has divinely brought to us.

In His marvelous and sovereign plan, God has brought more than 10,000 international students from 135 nations including many from the 10/40 Window, to Rutgers University. It is here that Enos and Nicole Tupili joyfully serve as campus missionaries to the nations.

They are deeply honored to share the gospel with students who may have never before encountered the love and truth of Christ in their home countries. With hearts full of faith, they are trusting God to open doors for genuine friendships that lead to deep spiritual conversations, Spirit-filled gospel proclamation, meaningful discipleship, and ultimately, students placing their faith in Jesus Christ.

They are profoundly grateful for their partners in the gospel, those who faithfully uphold this ministry through fervent prayer and generous giving, making this work possible.

To God be all the glory!

In His love and at His feet,
Enos and Nicole Tupili

“Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us, to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.”
Ephesians 3:20-21
